I'm a Software Architect at the Southern Ute Indian Tribe's Shared Services division, where since 2018 I've designed, built, deployed, and maintained a portfolio of production cloud applications — Azure App Services, Function Apps, and B2C behind Front Door, .NET APIs, SQL Server, GitHub Actions — including a secure hybrid-cloud FinTech platform with a 24/7 self-service portal, built to PCI-compliant standards. I've shipped 20+ production data pipelines in Python and .NET (80+ hours of manual work eliminated per quarter), designed and deployed agentic AI systems that reason over enterprise document repositories, and owned the migrations nobody wants to touch: 1.2M+ pages out of a legacy ECM, and GitHub Enterprise Server onto Enterprise Cloud across 200+ repositories.
I came to software through geospatial engineering — a decade as a GIS analyst and developer for county and tribal governments, building parcel and land-records systems in C#/.NET against ArcGIS and SQL Server. That path taught me the habit that still defines my work: the person who understands the data, the infrastructure, and the code ships systems that actually hold up.
My current focus sits where my two backgrounds converge: applied AI engineering and geospatial systems. The projects on this site are the working artifacts — an event-driven microservices platform you can break live, a basin-scale satellite monitoring system for riparian ecosystems, and an airgapped document-intelligence/RAG pipeline. Recent structured study includes the Engineer's RAG Accelerator (NeoSage, 2026), the TensorFlow Developer specialization (DeepLearning.AI), and microservices architecture (Vanderbilt) — on top of an MCPD and fifteen years of shipping.
